A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit are received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date subject to availability. Remaining balances are due before or on the day of the shoot as stated in your invoice.
If you need to reschedule, notify us as early as possible. One date change is permitted with reasonable notice. Cancellations after confirmation forfeit the deposit. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be handled in good faith with alternative dates offered.
Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe stated in your package (typically 2–4 weeks for weddings, 5–7 business days for corporate work). Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Clients receive full personal usage rights to their delivered images, including printing and sharing on social media. Commercial usage by third parties requires written permission. Anreli retains copyright and the right to use selected images for portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Anreli is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure despite backup systems, or client delays that reduce available shooting time.
