Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anreli Photography website and the booking of our photography services in Mauritius. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Photography Services

Anreli Photography provides professional photography services including wedding photography, elopement photography, engagement sessions, corporate event photography, and birthday celebration photography across Mauritius.

Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
• All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event: retainer may be transferred to a future date within 12 months.
• Cancellations within 30-60 days: 50% of the total package fee is retained.
• Cancellations within 30 days: the full package fee is retained.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

Image Delivery

• Standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks for full galleries.
• Sneak peek images are delivered within 72 hours when included in the package.
• Images are delivered via a private online gallery with high-resolution digital downloads.
• All delivered images are professionally edited and color-corrected.

Copyright and Usage

• Anreli Photography retains copyright of all images captured.
• Clients receive a personal usage license for non-commercial use including printing, social media sharing, and personal display.
• Commercial usage requires a separate commercial license agreement.
• Clients may not sell, license, or commercially exploit the images without written permission.

Photo Release

Anreli Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing. We respect your privacy and will never share sensitive or intimate images without consent.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to capture your event beautifully, Anreli Photography's liability is limited to the total value of the photography package purchased. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including equipment failure, severe weather, venue restrictions, or illness.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic, etc.) that prevent us from fulfilling the booking, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the retainer will be refunded minus any non-recoverable expenses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
